Student Training Registration Form

Use this form to register for SHSM and OYAP student training. We cannot guarantee that courses will be available for all requested times but we will work with you to find a reasonable arrangement. Once all details are submitted, you will be contacted by the Training Centre to confirm your registration.

If you have not yet referred to the Booking for Courses Guideline - Teachers Copy, please do so now. The guideline will let you know which courses are available for off-site training and which courses have prerequisites, along with other useful information.
